There will be no refunds upon purchase of tickets unless due to event cancellation.
Please bring your ticket (printed or email) and a valid ID to check in.
All patrons must arrive on time. We will allow a 15 minute grace period to enter the cafe with your scheduled time.
After the 15 minute grace period, your seat(s) will be forfeited and there will be no refunds, no exceptions.
If you are purchasing more than one (1) ticket, please ensure all party members are present at time of seating. We may only accommodate parties up to five (5) individuals.
If you can not attend the cafe, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please email 5.1 Play to inform us the new ticket holder's name, email address, and confirm that your transaction with them was complete before the transfer.
5.1 Play Maid Cafe is family friendly. We will not tolerate any touching or harassment of our staff. Do not ask for their personal information and please respect their space. Offenders will be immediately removed from the cafe event and will not receive any refund.
